Please note: I will not recreate others artist work/photo images, I can only customize my artwork with varies sizes.
WHAT IS COMMISSION ART?
COMMISSION ART or MADE TO ORDER, is nothing but recreating sold or available artwork with custom size.
Definitely your painting will not be 100% identical to the one pictured, since this is handmade not digital/machine made but you will receive the same quality and beauty of the painting that you see in the pictures.

Click the drop-down menu above, to select different dimensions / sizes. There are many sizes available (size upto 144 inches) but if you still can not find a perfect size in the listing, please send us a custom order request.
All materials used are fine quality high grade. We use professional grade acrylic paints, mediums and canvas. Finished with a clear varnish to protect your painting from UV light, moisture and dust.
100% Hand Painted and Created in my studio located in Texas USA, All artwork are authentic and personally signed in front or back of the canvas. Comes with original signed certificate of authenticity.
WHAT IS STRETCHED / UNSTRETCHED CANVAS?
Stretched canvas means that the painting comes with 1.5 inch thick wood stretcher bars that have been attached against the back of the painting.Wires installed to hang. This simply means that you are able to hang my painting on a wall once received .
Unstretched canvas is a painting that does not contain any stretcher bars on its back to support it. Artwork will be rolled and shipped in mailing tube. Once you receive your Unstretched painting you can take it to your local framing shop for to stretch or frame. I prepare all of my paintings with an additional 3 to 4 Inches on all sides for stretching.
NOTE: UNSTRETCHED OPTION is only for international customers or oversized artwork which required freight/international shipping. If you are USA customer please order stretched canvas.
We take bulk orders. You can order same paintings in bulk or different paintings in bulk. The creation time will be more than 8 weeks depending on the number of artwork and material avaibility. Please contact us for bulk/multiple orders.
All my paintings including custom art will be signed on the front/back, date and title on the back. Comes with original signed certificate of authenticity.
CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY:
All my handmade original artwork comes with CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY signed by Artist Preethi Mathialagan.
- USA/Canada Customers can order outer FRAMES for your purchased artwork from my shop.
- FRAMES: Wood floating frame available in black, white, gold, silver. Our wood floating frames are 2" deep and perfect for hanging your art with a trendy look. A wood floater frame will add an additional 1" in size around your whole artwork.
- QUALITY: Professional quality material used.
- SHIPPING TIME: Frames will be installed and shipped along with your purchased artwork. All framed artwork will be shipped in wooden crate box. Wires installed to hang.
All sample images are based on the artwork displayed in the listings on my website. We do not create any sample work for any kind of custom colors/designs.
ROOM VIEWS/IMAGE COLORS:
All room views are illustrative purpose only, the artwork images may not be exact to scale.
Room Views gives you an idea how the artwork looks in different wall colors , rooms and interiors with different lightings and decors.
The artwork image colors may vary slightly due to different computer monitors. (LED, LCD, browsers, display settings all matters)
SHIPPING DURATION/ PROCESSING TIME?
All available/Instock/ Ready to Ship paintings will be packed and shipped within 4 business days following the payment.
Framed Instock Art:
All available/Instock/ Ready to Ship paintings with outer frames will be shipped in 7 business days from the date of purchase. Framing needs extra time. All framed art will be shipped in wooden crate box.
All Custom/Commission/Personalized orders will be packed and shipped within 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase.
CUSTOM ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
Your custom orders may take upto 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase to complete. That means we are working on other orders one by one so we need 2-4 weeks to complete your artwork. So we cannot provide any email updates of work in progress every week. We will update you as soon as we complete the artwork before shipping.
Please understand that we cannot rush with handmade artwork.
The paintings are created with several shades of colors. Some solid colors blend into other colors and make a beautiful new shade. All my paintings has various layers and may have textures. So sometimes its hard to notice these details and depth of the artwork in photo images. You can see this beauty only in person.
We approciate your questions on artwork and color suggestions. But we are not interior designers so it would be appropriate if you consult a designer to choose best artwork and colors from our collections for your interior walls.
Please understand as an artist I love all the colors and i feel all my paintings are the best and it is hard for me to choose the best of the best for your interiors sometimes.
Shipping to anyone in the continental United States - will arrive within 3-10 business days. We normally ship your purchase by www.fedex.com or www.ups.com shipping service.
Your paintings will be shipped following the payment.
You will be sent a tracking number through UPS, FedEx once the painting has been shipped. All orders must be signed upon delivery.
Oversized artwork will be packed in wooden box and shipped in special truck. Will be delivered on appoinment (customers needs to provide contact number for orders larger than 40 inches)

DELIVERY ADDRESS CHANGE:
We don't encourage change of address after receiving your order. Please check your address and reachable phone number/email while making the purchase.
Cancellation of custom/commission orders:
In case of cancellation after 1 day the order was placed, we are holding charge of 15%.
In case of cancellation after 7 days and later the order was placed, we are holding charge of 50%.
In case of cancellation after the artwork was completed and sent for approval to the customer, we are holding charge of 75%.
All payments are made during the checkout from the same website. We do not process your artwork untill we receive your orders following the payment.
The payment methods are available during the checkout process.
We accept cash/cheque payments only for instore(studio) purchases not valid for online orders.
We do accept services and products ( studio/gallery development) in exchange of our artwork. If interested email us.
PICKUP/ HAND DELIVERY:
Our art studio is located in Fulshear Texas USA. Studio visits open with email appointments.
Customers located in and around Fulshear/Katy/Houston Texas USA can contact me for free pickup or hand delivery. All online orders must be purchased and paid online.
Our team member will contact you regarding any questions related to artwork with in 2 days. Email communication preferred to keep track of mesages/requests/orders. Gallery visits/studio visits/store pickup based on email appointments.
Studio/Gallery Visit:Walkins allowed only during open house studio days( we will anounce the dates on the website and socia media channels)
Order pickup:No walk-ins allowed. We are open only on appointments. Email us your order receipt with your name, phone number and we will set up an appointment for your order pickup. We will need your ID during the pickup.
