The painting will be hand-painted and will closely resemble the one that has already been sold or is available, but it will not be identical.

All stretched or framed artwork will have with metal wires on the back of the painting. You can simply hang your paintings on the wall.

All materials used are of premium quality. We utilize professional-grade acrylics, oil paints, mediums, and canvas. The artwork is finished with a clear varnish to protect it from UV light, moisture, and dust.

All our artwork are 100% hand-painted and created in the artist's studio in Texas, USA. Each piece is authentic and personally signed by the artist, Preethi, on the front or back of the canvas. It also includes an original signed certificate of authenticity.

Stretched canvas refers to paintings that are mounted on 1.5-inch thick wooden stretcher bars attached to the back. Wires are included for easy hanging, so you can display the painting on your wall as soon as you receive it.

Unstretched canvas, on the other hand, does not have any stretcher bars for support. The artwork will be rolled and shipped in a mailing tube. Once you receive your unstretched painting, you can take it to a local framing shop for stretching or framing. This option includes an additional 3 to 4 inches of canvas on all sides for stretching purposes.

Yes, we accept bulk orders. You can order multiple numbers of the same painting or different paintings in bulk. Please note that the creation time may exceed 4 weeks, depending on the quantity and availability of materials. For bulk or multiple orders, please contact us.

Customers in the USA and Canada can order outer frames for their purchased artwork from our shop.

**FRAMES**: We offer wood floating frames available in black, white, gold, and silver. Our 2-inch deep wood floating frames provide a stylish way to display your art, adding an extra inch around the entire piece.

**QUALITY**: We use professional-quality materials.

**SHIPPING TIME**: Frames will be installed and shipped with your artwork. All framed pieces will be packed in a wooden crate box, and wires will be included for hanging.

The current waiting time is 10-20 business days from the date of purchase to completion. This means we are working on orders sequentially, so we need time to finish your artwork. Unfortunately, we cannot provide weekly email updates on the progress. We will notify you as soon as your artwork is completed and ready for shipping.

Please understand that we cannot rush the creation of handmade artwork.

Note: You can request custom colors, but keep in mind that some colors may alter the painting's composition.

We do not provide sample images for custom colors or designs. All sample images are based on the artwork shown in the listings on our website.

All room views are for illustrative purposes only, and the artwork images may not be to scale. These views give you an idea of how the artwork looks in various wall colors, rooms, and lighting conditions.

Please note that the colors of the artwork may vary slightly due to different computer monitors (LED, LCD, browsers, and display settings can all affect this).

We appreciate your inquiries about artwork and color suggestions. We can help you choose the right paintings, colors, and sizes for your space. However, if you need more assistance, we recommend consulting an interior designer to select the best artwork, sizes, and colors from our collections for your interior walls.

Shipping / Delivery and Returns

We ship worldwide. Tracking information will be provide as soon as your artwork is shipping.

Customers located in and around Fulshear/Katy/Houston Texas USA can contact me for free pickup or hand delivery. All online orders must be purchased and paid online. 

Artwork will be delivered to your address mentioned in the order at scheduled date and time. All orders will be packed and delivered at your front entrance only (curb-side).
We will not do white glove delivery ( customers are responsible for moving, unpacking and installation of your artwork inside your building). 

We don't encourage change of address after receiving your order. Please check your address and reachable phone number/email while making the purchase.

Always include your phone # when checking out .

 We may contact you if shipping is not possible for your ordered size or location.

You will be sent a tracking number through UPS woldwide or FedEx or DHL once the painting has been shipped.

-All orders must be signed upon delivery.
-Buyers are responsible to pay any custom/ tax duties if applicable.
-If you cannot see your country for shipping, please message me with location details for shipping cost.

Please Note: Items not received by the customers and returned back by the shipping service will not be refunded. This item will be reshipped again with additional shipping cost.

Returns not accepted for international shipments.

Customs, Duties, Brokerage Fees
- International buyers are responsible for any possible customs/duties/taxes/broker fees, once the item arrives in country. 
Always include your phone  number when checking out, as phone numbers are required for shipping labels and customs forms in case your local carrier needs to reach you upon arrival.

USA customers have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for eligible items.

Incase of damaged frames. We will only refund the frame cost not the cost of the artwork.

Payments and contacts

All payments are made during the checkout from the same website. We do not process your artwork untill we receive your orders following the payment. 

The payment methods are available during the checkout process.

We accept cash/cheque payments only for instore(studio) purchases not valid for online orders.

 We do accept services and products ( studio/gallery development) in exchange of our artwork. If interested email us.
