USA customers have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We don't accept cancellations after the item is shipped.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We definetly require the clear high resolution images and videos of the damaged item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancellation of custom/commission orders:
In case of cancellation after 1 day the order was placed, we are holding charge of 15%.
In case of cancellation after 7 days and later the order was placed, we are holding charge of 50%.
In case of cancellation after the artwork was completed and sent for approval to the customer, we are holding charge of 75%.
Cancellation of In-stock Ready to ship orders:
You can cancel the order within 24 hours after purchase. In case of cancellation after 24 hours of purchase, we are holding charge of 15% of the total amount.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom/commission or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale or gift cards
if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Incase of damaged frames. We will only refund the frame cost not the cost of the artwork.
