Refund policy

USA customers have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We don't accept cancellations after the item is shipped.

Returns and exchange details
Only damaged or misrepresented items may be returned within 14 Days from the date you receive the package. Please email us immediately before returning the item (in the same condition as it was sent to you), don't open the package if it is destroyed or damaged by the shipper. Once we receive your returned item we will issue a refund of your purchase price (not including shipping and handling) if the item was a misrepresentation. If the item was damaged in shipment, then you will be reimbursed the full purchase plus the cost of shipping. If your item is lost after shipping service delivers, we are not responsible and we do not refund the item cost.
If you are returning our item you should use only a trackable shipping service with purchasing shipping insurance for the full amount. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We definetly require the clear high resolution images and videos of the damaged item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellation of custom/commission orders:

In case of cancellation after the artwork was completed and sent for approval to the customer, we are holding charge of 20%.

Cancellation of In-stock Ready to ship orders:

You can cancel the order within 24 hours after purchase. In case of cancellation after 24 hours of purchase, we are holding charge of 10% of the total amount.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom/commission or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale or gift cards, outer frames

if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Incase of damaged frames. We will only refund the frame cost not the cost of the artwork.
